For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Your satisfaction with our services and products are our priority and here at Dopamines , we pay special attention to your concerns. If your order gets lost in transit, or in case there is any damage to the products, or If you believe have made a mistake in filling the delivery information, please get in touch using our Contact Form; our support team will resolve your issue shortly. We will send you a replacement product or compensate for your loss. Please note that once the product has been delivered to you and has been with you for more than a day, the dispute window will be closed.
Note that after the product/s have been shipped, there is no possibility of returning the products, unless the product is damaged. Our shipment team is responsible of quality check and will check all products for damage before shipping it to customers, we save pictures of products before they are shipped in our database, and if needed, will compare with the pictures sent to us in a damaged product dispute.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
